Privacy policy
What we collect
When you browse, place an order, request a return, or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, shipping or pickup details, the products you order, order history, return requests, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Staff accounts also include sign-in and audit information.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide the shop, keep your bag available, process and fulfil purchases, calculate Canadian taxes, arrange shipping or pickup, prevent fraud, provide customer service, process returns or exchanges, meet legal and accounting duties, and protect the service.
Payments and service providers
Card information is entered into Stripe's payment form and handled by Stripe; SportMode does not store full card numbers. We may disclose only the information needed to payment, hosting, delivery, professional, or legal providers that help operate the shop. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and safeguards
Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and any legal, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention, or dispute requirements, then securely deleted or anonymized where permitted. Access is limited to authorized staff, and the production service must use encryption, private networks, backups, access controls, and security updates appropriate to the information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information SportMode holds about you, request access or correction, withdraw optional consent, or raise a privacy concern, subject to legal exceptions and retention obligations. A privacy request will require reasonable identity verification.

Browser storage
Cookie and storage notice
SportMode currently uses first-party browser storage rather than advertising cookies. Essential storage remembers your anonymous bag token, order-access tokens on this device, staff sign-in during an administration session, and your privacy choice. Without it, those requested features cannot work reliably.
Optional preferences, analytics, and marketing are off by default. No analytics or marketing service is installed today. If one is added later, it must remain disabled until the matching consent is given, and this notice must identify the provider, purpose, information used, and retention period.
You can reopen at any time. Clearing this site's browser data removes local choices and order-access tokens from this device, but does not delete completed order records kept by the shop. A downloaded tracking code is not a cookie and remains on the computer until the person using it deletes it; anyone with that private code can view the related order and shipping details.
Shop terms
Terms of sale
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless the checkout states otherwise. Product availability, descriptions, colours, and images are presented as accurately as practical. A product in a bag is not reserved; stock is held for 15 minutes only after checkout creates a reservation.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. SportMode may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, incorrect information or pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, or another lawful reason. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers must provide accurate contact, shipping, and pickup information. Title and risk rules, delivery estimates, pickup identification, and any shipping charges should be finalized before launch. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
After purchase
Shipping, pickup, returns & exchanges
Checkout offers shipping or pickup at the current physical shop. Shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Delivery estimates are estimates unless the shop expressly promises a deadline.
The active returns and exchange policies shown at checkout control the exchange window, eligible condition, proof of purchase, exclusions, and in-store exchange process. The exact policy version accepted with an order is recorded. Customers can use Order info on the purchasing device to review their order before visiting the shop.
